General processing of visitor data

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. However, we would like to point out that access data is also collected in this case and stored in the server log files. This is in particular the following data:

Data categories; data sources

In principle, we process the personal data that you provide to us in the context of an inquiry, a pre-contractual legal relationship or a contractual relationship. In individual cases and insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract, we also process personal data that has been permissibly taken from publicly accessible sources (e.g. commercial registers, debtor directories, Internet) or permissibly transmitted to us by third parties (e.g. credit agencies).

This may involve:

Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or other means, we process the personal data you provide to respond to your inquiry. We delete the data after the final processing of your request, unless there is a contractual or legal obligation to retain the data. The legal basis in this respect is Art, 6 para. 1 b DSGVO.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be processed by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The legal basis for the processing is usually your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO. If your request relates to the initiation of a contractual relationship or an existing contract, the legal basis in this respect is (also) Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO.

Newsletter

You have the option to register for our newsletter. For this we collect the following data:

  • First name and last name
  • Your email address

For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy. The legal basis for data processing in this respect is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The processing serves to establish contact with the user in terms of advertising and to inform about new job offers.

The data will be deleted as soon as the user revokes his consent. The subscription to the newsletter can be revoked by the user concerned at any time. For this purpose, a corresponding link can be found in each newsletter. The lawfulness of the processing of the data until the revocation remains unaffected.

Processing of personal data for contract execution (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO)

If a contract is concluded with us, in particular via our online store, we use personal data insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Use of Google Fonts

Vimeo

On some of our web pages, we use a plugin from the provider Vimeo, LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011 ("Vimeo").

Data transfer

We pass on data to other third parties if and to the extent that we have delegated the performance of tasks to them. Data is only passed on if this is necessary for the performance of the tasks assigned to us. For example, service providers may be entrusted with tasks in the following areas:

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be deleted by us immediately as soon as the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations.

Personal data will be stored at least as long as necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the exercise of contractual rights. This period may extend beyond the actual contractual period, as the data may still be relevant after the end of the contract within the framework of the limitation periods. In addition, deletion can only take place once any retention periods under tax and commercial law (6 years or 10 years) have expired.

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data are being processed. If this is the case, you have a right to information about the personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.

The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (Article 21 DSGVO).

Right of appeal

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). In Baden-Württemberg, the competent supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Commissioner of Baden-Württemberg.
